- Full payment is required before shipment of Product outside Lagos/Ogun State.
- The estimated delivery time within Lagos/Ogun State: 1 - 5 days, other states 2 - 14days.
Warranty
90days manufacturer defect warranty. This covers damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect and not usage defect. Once this is noticed we shall replace the product. Where the product is no longer available, we shall replace the product with something suitable but may not be similar.
After the warranty period, we encourage our customers to still reach out to us, should they have any defect aside normal wear and tear as a result of years of usage. The essence is to advise them on how to salvage their product rather than buy new ones.
